How I help you succeed in therapy
Daily routines and activities can be challenging. I can help you or your family member regain independence through goal setting, forward planning, challenging negativity and working on physical, psychological and environmental aspects of disability.
Using a biopsychosocial model in therapy, whereby, all aspects of your life are taken in to account, we will set achievable and realistic goals for you to work on outside of therapy sessions. I will use my own clinical expertise from working with clients for over 23 years to motivate and inspire independence, both physically and psychologically.
