How I help you succeed in therapy

Daily routines and activities can be challenging at times of illness or disability.  I can help you regain independence through goal setting, forward planning, challenging negativity and working on physical, psychological and environmental aspects of disability.

Using a biopsychosocial model in therapy, whereby, all aspects of your life are taken in to account, we will set achievable and realistic goals for you to work on outside of therapy sessions.  I will use my own clinical expertise from working with clients for over 22 years to motivate and inspire you to independence, both physically and psychologically.
